Michael Morton is a Principal at Medical Office Brokers, specializing in healthcare real estate.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, he has vast experience representing the largest healthcare REITS, hospital systems, large healthcare groups, investors, as well as individual docs still fighting to remain independent.

His career began in Phoenix with NAI Horizon and later Colliers International before moving to San Francisco to work with CM Realty, where he represented tenants and buyers across medical, office, and retail sectors. After returning to Arizona, he joined MOB, bringing deep industry knowledge and a client-focused approach.

In addition to his healthcare work, Michael has also led the development and renovation of several luxury residential and investment properties in Scottsdale and Pheonix.
