Michael Morton’s professional real estate career began in 2004 with Phoenix Area’s prestigious brokerage firm NAI Horizon.  Michael joined a team with over 30 years experience in investment sales and went on to generate team sales over $200 million in his first year. Michael continued to grow his career as a founding member of the Private Capital Advisors group with Colliers International.

In 2007 Michael was presented with a professional opportunity that aligned closely with his desire to make a life near his father and sister.  He decided to make a bold change and move to San Francisco. Michael brought his professional experience to CM Realty, an exclusive tenant representation firm specializing in office, medical, and retail clients. With CM Realty Michael developed extensive knowledge in a large scale, competitive market, gained expertise in financial analysis, negotiations, contract review, real estate planning, and offered on-going support for his clients. Michael represented Magellan Behavioral Health nationally in addition to many other health care related tenants.

Recently, Michael and his best friend, Sally were married.  The best part of their union and lifetime commitment is the three beautiful daughters they share. Michael’s life is full of girls’ basketball games, tennis matches, and dance competitions for his daughters Susan (age 15), Jacqueline (age 12), and Lindsay (age 10).  The Morton’s share their home with a yellow lab, Deuce, a bull dog, Crush and the newest adoptee, a mutt named Hank. When the women in his life give him a break, Michael enjoys playing golf and bowling and doing anything with “the guys”.
