September 4, 2008 - Surprise Pediatrics (Dr. Nicholas Pham) signed a long term lease to move their practice from Sun City West to the prestigious Surprise Office Center (joining another MOB Client - Advanced Care for Women). August 26, 2008 - New Age Cosmetics (Dr. Enrique Leon) signed a lease with an option to purchase for a new office in downtown Scottsdale. Steve Close with Commercial Brokers, Inc represented the landlord and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Tenant.
August 22, 2008 - Arrowhead Family Care (Dr. Ned Stolzberg and Dr. Nisal Samarasakara) signed a lease to move their practice a few hundred yards to GG Development’s upscale Arrowhead Orchards. Eric Campos of Benchmark Commercial represented the Landlord and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Tenant.
July 15, 2008 - Estrella Family & Cosmetic Dentistry (Joel Rolfe, DDS and Joe Dunn, DDS) signed a long term lease for prime retail space at the new Bashas anchored center in the heart of Newland Communities “Estrella” development. Chad Schubert of Kitchell Development represented the Landlord and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Tenant.
June 27, 2008 - Sage Health, L.L.C. signed a lease for their new office near McDowell & 145th Avenue in Goodyear. Tyler Smith of Logan Commercial represented the Landlord and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Tenant.
May 2, 2008 – Total Tek Solutions signed a lease for an expanded office near I17 and Deer Valley in North Phoenix. Total Tek Solutions specializes in technology solutions for medical and dental practices throughout the valley. Michelle Gardner of Shell Commercial represented the Landlord and near I17 and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Tenant.
April 30, 2008 – Dr. Smith, M.D. signed a lease for a new office near Tatum & Bell. Dr. Smith specializes in treating chronic diseases. Jordan John of Les Larson & Associated represented the Landlord and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Tenant.
April 25, 2008 - Dr. Suresh Anand, M.D. closed on the purchase of a 7,227 square foot multi-tenant office building in Chandler, Arizona. The buyer was represented by Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers and the seller was self represented.
April 8, 2008 – Dr. Kondrot, M.D. of “Healing the Eye” signed a lease with an option to purchase over 5,000 SF in the Tramonto area of North Phoenix. Dr. Kondrot plans to re-locate his practice from central Phoenix. Ron Akridge of Prudential CRES represented the Landlord and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Tenant.
March 21, 2008 – Dr. Taren Greep, D.D.S. closed on the purchase of a 2,000 square foot office condominium at the prestigious Camelback 101 development. COBE Development was self represented and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Buyer.
March 16, 2008 – Banner Health of Arizona renewed and expanded their presence to over 4,400 square feet in the Camelback Corridor. William Zurek of Transwestern represented the Landlord and and Aaron Kuhl of Medical Office Brokers represented the Tenant.
March 1, 2008 – Dr. Wellman, D.D.S. closed on the purchase of 2,152 square foot office condominium at the Canyon Trails professional park in Buckeye, Arizona. Ryan Reynolds of Rencor Development represented the Seller and Damon Crim of Medical Office Brokers represented the Buyer.

February 15, 2008 – HC REIT (NYSE: HCN) closed today on the purchase of a 31,000 square foot multi-tenant diagnostic and treatment center located in East Mesa near Banner’s Baywood Hospital. The buyer was represented by Aaron Kuhl from Scottsdale’s Medical Office Brokers and the seller was represented by Tracy Altemus from Phoenix based DEVMAN Company.
January 22, 2008 – SWAN Physical Therapy signed a lease to expand their presence and ability to serve as the preeminent neurological rehabilitation specialists in Central Phoenix. The tenant was represented by Aaron Kuhl from Scottsdale’s Medical Office Brokers and Peggy Johnson from NAI Horizon represented the landlord.
January 17, 2008 – Dr. Ata-Abadi, D.D.S. and Dr. Ata-Abadi, D.D.S. signed a lease for their second dental location in the North Scottsdale/ Carefree Market.
